Processing & Shipping Times
🕯 Candles & Home Fragrance Products
All candles, room sprays, and home fragrance items are processed within:
3–7 business days
Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
5–10 business days (U.S. orders)
You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
📓 Journals & Print Products
Our journals are produced in small batches to maintain quality standards.
Please allow:
3–4 weeks total delivery time
This includes:
- Production time
- Quality inspection
- Packaging
- Shipping transit
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Combined Orders
If your order includes both candles and journals, items will:
- Ship together once all items are ready
This ensures your order arrives complete and in excellent condition.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight and destination.
Currently, we ship within the United States.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Superior Scents™ is not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Superior Scents™ is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
