Journals require additional production time. Please allow 3–4 weeks total delivery time for journal orders.

If your order includes both candles and journals, items will ship together.

Our journals are produced in small batches to maintain quality standards and packaging consistency. This ensures every item meets the Superior Scents™ standard before it reaches you.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used or opened items. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

Yes. Because our candles are hand-poured using natural wax, slight variations such as frosting, small air bubbles, or minor surface texture are normal and do not affect performance.

Our candles are formulated for a balanced, room-filling scent without overwhelming the space. Scent perception varies by individual and room size.

For best results:

  • Trim wick to ¼ inch before each burn.
  • Allow the wax to melt fully across the top during the first burn (3–4 hours).
  • Do not burn longer than 4 hours at a time.

We use Candle Science Simply Soy™ Artisan Wax, a premium 100% plant-based soy wax designed specifically for hand-poured container candles. Its advanced soy-based formulation allows us to create luxury-quality candles that burn cleanly and maintain their structure in higher temperatures.

Because we use natural soy wax, slight variations can occur. While Simply Soy™ Artisan Wax is formulated to reduce frosting and surface irregularities, natural wax may still show subtle texture or color variation.
